Health
Health is represented by a floating transparent sphere with a colour coded cross in the middle. Red gives you 50%,
Yellow 25%, and Green deals out a mere 5%. One thing to note is that the Red Health and the Yellow Health only
heal up to 100%, the Green Health will go above 100%.

Mega Health
Gives you a one time boost of 100% health in addition to whatever health you have. If you have more than 100%,
your health with tick back down to 100%.

Regeneration
Somewhat like the one in Quake/Quake II CTF with the usual changes. This time around, it lasts for a period of
time (you don't get to keep it until you die like CTF). Your health regenerates at 10 units per second until 100.
Once you reach 100 it continues until 200 but at a reduced rate of 5 units per second.

Quad
Almost exactly the same as Quake/Quake II but the power has been slightly reduced. All weapons do about three (down
from four) times the damage they normally do. What you see when someone picks up the Quad is described as a "shimmering
electrical field of squiggly lines". Very cool.

Invisibility
Remember the invisible demons in Doom with their invisibility effects? Well, its back except you get to be invisible.
From what Blue says, you can barely see it about 12 feet out and looks like an improved version of the Predator's
invisibility. After that, he's virtually undetectable.

Flight
An interesting powerup indeed. With this powerup you'll be able to fly around the level with total control over
your movements. Its more like being able to float around with out dropping to the ground ala "noclip"
in Quake/Quake II.

Armor
The armor in Q3A acts much the same it did in Quake and Quake II with a couple changes. For one, the Red Armor
gives you 100%, Yellow 50% and the trusty Armor Shard gives you 5%. You have a maximum of 200% armor, over 100%
and it will count back down to 100%. Shards are temporary a boost of armor, they tick back down to your previous
percentage of armor.
